Hope you’re doing great!

 

Did you get an email comfirming your Premium subscription has been activated? Also, could you head to your Receipts page, and send me a screenshot of your most recent receipt? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

Thanks so much for the screenshot! Could you go back to your account page, and let me know if your status is showing as 'Free' or 'Premium'?

 

If it's showing Premium, I'd recommend doing a clean reinstall of the Spotify app, and let me know how all of this goes 🙂
