My Question or Issue
I got the receipt that I indeed got the 3 month for 9,99, but after 10 days I lost the premium.
I used the online transfer method to pay the bill, but I noticed that the 9,99 has not yet been taken from my bank account.
what should I do? Thanks in advance!
