Business or just Premium license for party?

Hello, so we are planning to have an office party and wondering if premium subscription is fine or are we violating any policies? The party is inside the office building. Not clients, not brand soundtrack, not public is included. Just us. It would play through the speakers. No one is posing us a DJ or will get compensated for that. Is it ok to use premium license?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to use Spotify in your party because Spotify is for personal entertainment only and not for commercial use.

Is it considered commercial because of the environment - an office? Cause it is going to be private-employee party.

You won't have any trouble as long as Spotify is not being used for monetization. 🙂
