Buying Permium with gift card

So 
I wanted to buy premium and I got a question 
I dont have paypal but I have cash and I wanted to buy premium with a gift card 
Problem is I never bought Premium before on this account so technically I am unable to buy it 
Is there a solution to fix it and not use the trial or at least somehow still buy it?

Hi @GangsterFox, thanks for writing!

The free trial period is only available to users who never subscribed to Premium before. So if you activate this subscription through the gift card, you'll loose the eligibility to the free trial.

So in that meaning I can buy premium with an gift card but i eobt have the free trial 

You just redeem it and go to premium and buy with the gift card option or how does this exactly work.

Hey @GangsterFox.,

Once you get the gif card, just follow these steps:

1. Log in to spotify.com/redeem. 
2. Enter the PIN on the back of the card, or the code from your receipt.
3. Click Redeem.

So I bought a one month card and yes it works
I have permium now but I dont have the one month trial what is ok for me
