CAN'T PAY PREMIUM WITH PayPal MONEY

My Question or Issue

When i select PayPal option, It redirects to PayPal checkout page and there is no option to pay with my PayPal money, It just shows to pay with linked debit/credit card. Why can't i pay with my PayPal money ?

Please note that for discounted offers like the student discount or Spotify Family, only debit/credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Other options like gift cards, etc., are not available for these plans.
