I have been through this whole stupid run around twice now! Everyone keeps saying that I don't have a subscription, yet I'm still being charged and just yesterday was charged AGAIN!!! But I have no way of accessing my account, because you say I don't have one, so there's nothing to cancel. So why am I still being charged then??? Your system is super annoying and frustrating!!!
