CANNOT CHANGE COUNTRY / FAMILY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Hi there! I'm user juanclaudioderamon, writing from Rome, Italy. Here's the problem: a couple of month ago I decided to upgrade to Family Premium in order to invite my wife Magda Palleja to benefit from the Premium account. However, when she tries to accept the invitation, the system tells her that we do not live together. In fact, we do, in Rome. In her profile she lives in Italy. In my profile I live however in Spain, apparently because I used a Spanish credit card to sign in. But the system does not allow me to change either my country of residence or my method of payment in order to reflect that I do indeed live in Italy. When I try to change the country, I'm asked to change the payment method; when I try to change the payment method, I 'm asked to change my country, which I can´t: the box is in grey and inclickable. Time goes by and we are not benefiting from the Family subscription. Anyone can help? Thanks, Juan Claudio

I'd recommend reaching out to Support regarding changing your payment method.
