i see in my credit card charge every month

i didnt know why? on what account?

Hey @lioraclev, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try finding your account using this guide? When you do find your account, you can check your Receipts page and see if the charges you see there match the one on your bank statement. If so, then cancel your subscription following these steps.

 

If you don't see any Receipts on that account, let me know if you currently have Spotify Premium, and let me know if you're paying a subscription for someone else.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community.

 

You can go here and check if you've activated a trial. When the trial is over, the normal subscription starts. That could be the reason why you're being charged.

 

You can also follow these steps to check if you've another account.
