CHARGED TWICE

CHARGED TWICE

I had subscribed to Spotify premium through the spotify website and was charged 9.99 CAD.  I then was also charged an additional $16 CAD through ITUNES.  I removed the subscription through Itunes as I am now getting charged through spotify but would like to be reimbursed the $16 from ITUNES.

Hey @vfrobles and welcome to the Spotify community!

 

It's possible that you have more than one account and have a subscription through iTunes on one of them. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which has the subscription through iTunes.

 

You'll also need to cancel that iTunes created subscription by following these steps.
