Thanks for posting in the Community. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Could you give us more details on what code you haven't received? Have you activated a trial subscription through a recurring payment method via our site or you've bought a gift card from an online retailer?

 

If you've activated a subscription and still can't see the Premium features, it may take a little of time. Also make sure you've activated the subscription on the right account and you're logged in on it.
