Hace unos días cambié mi tarjeta y al hacerlo me hicieron un cobro de $99 que no se refleja en los recibos, tengo el plan universitario y el día de ayer (29/08) se hizo el cobro de $49 y este si se refleja, sin embargo, los $99 no se me han devuelto.

Sorry for the delay. Still having trouble with your payments? You don't have to pay just because you changed payment method. If you were charged for the regular Premium despite paying for the Student Discount, it means you might have another account that you upgraded to Premium.
