My Question or Issue

Quiero cambiar mi plan premium a premium duo y no me acepta. Me sale una notificación que dice "No fue posible cambiar tu plan. Esto podría deberse a que no eres elegible para este plan, a que ya tienes este plan o a que no tienes un método de pago guardado." pero si tengo una tarjeta registrada, desde el año pasado tengo cuenta premium. Cómo puedo resolver este problema?

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.


If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.


Lastly, keep in mind that you need to use a recurring payment method to get this subscription.
