My Question or Issue

 

Hola, actualmente tengo en plan DUO (aún me quedan 20 días de servicio), y hace unos días desde mi cuenta contraté el plan Premium Familiar y ya está pagado, y en los recibos de mi cuenta se muestra como pagado pero mi suscripción sigue siendo DUO, no ha cambiado a Familiar.

 

Hi, I currently have the DUO plan (I still have 20 days of service left), and a few days ago from my account I contracted the Premium Family plan and it is already paid, and in my account receipts it shows as paid but my subscription continues to be DUO, has not changed to Familiar.

Did you buy the Family plan using a gift card or another pre-paid method? If affirmative, in these cases, the current plan cannot be converted into the new one, so the Family subscription will only start after the Duo one expires.

Yes, indeed use a payment method called RapiPago, I think it is not a prepaid method but it is not direct payment like a credit card. Wait 18 days until my duo plan ends and if it doesn't change to the family plan I'll take it back.
