Hola, vengo pagando el plan premium pero común hace más de 6 meses y el mes me cobro como si fuera un plan premium familar. Yo jamás hice este pedido para cambiar de plan y soy la única persona que uso la cuenta. Alguien me puede brindar información acerca de porque sucedio esto?

That's very odd. I'd recommend contacting Spotify customer support as they can take a closer look.
