Can I delete my account and subscription with out logging in? I got hacked.

I received an email from Spotify, stating there is some activity usage on my account in France, so I believe someone has hacked into my account. If there’s anyway that we can delete my account and cancel my subscription, that would be great.
I am currently unable to sign in. I’m trying to reset my password, but it isn’t working. I’m not getting an email.
