Can I have a refund as I have been charged twice within 20 days?

I recently changed my Spotify plan and have been charged twice within the space of 20 days. I get charged through my phone provider EE and the direct debit comes out at the same time as my phone bill. I have recently been charged separately through Spotify. Please can I be refunded and explain what I need to do to prevent being charged twice again. I have been advised off EE to speak to you so please resolve this.

Hey @ 

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.

 

You can get a refund before 15 days have passed from the date of purchase.
