Can I pay for Premium Duo with a Dutch creditcard while living in Belgium?

I'm from the Netherlands, but live in Belgium. I only have a Dutch creditcard. I want to subscribe for a Premium Duo account with my address in Belgium, but if I select 'Belgium' as country, I cannot pay with my Dutch creditcard. I'm afraid that if I select 'the Netherlands' as country and pay with my Dutch creditcard, I will not be able to add the address of me and my partner in Belgium for the Duo accounts. What to do?

In this case, you, unfortunately, must have a payment method that's been issued in Belgium.
