Can I purchase premium even if I'm already on a premium plan

My Question or Issue

I already have a premium subscription which ends in Aug 2020, however, there is a good offer which is currently on. I wud like to purchase that so that I don't have to pay more in Aug. My question is, if I purchase d premium subscription today wit tht offer will it override my new expiration date Wich is Aug 2020 or will d expiry date start after d first one gets over?

In case you decide to make use of a special Spotify offer after activating the yearly discount offer, the new offer will become active immediately and will override your current subscription plan.

It's not possible for our users to combine special offers and only one may be active at a time on your Spotify account.
