Can not find iTunes account to cancel subscription

So I am not paying for premium but my account is premium and I have access to premium via my mobile account. It’s logged into my Facebook. 

I checked and none of my credit cards are paying for this and it says the payment form is iTunes - but it’s not mine. No subscriptions show up on my iTunes account nor my husbands. There are charges that are being paid each month - according to reciepts. Out there some poor bloke is being charged 12.99 a month. I don’t have access to the iTunes IAP that is being used and have no way of figuring it out. How can I cancel this “free” premium that I am currently using without deleting my entire Spotify account?

Since your subscription is through iTunes, you'll need to reach out to them for any payment-related things.
