Can not pay for family plan

My payments stop work. I cann't pay ether via credit card (it say Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method.) ether via paypal (is say Something went wrong. Try again)

My credit card is working, i can pay on amazon, steam, get money from ATM and pay in shop. What is wrong?

Have you tried to use a different browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies?
