Can not see my 1 year subscription premium after I got Duo

Hello,

I've an 1 year Premium subscription which is gonna end at 2021. Today I also changed my plan to Duo. Now I can not see my 1 year subscription which has already been paid.

Therefore I would like to ask:

- Will i get a refund? or Will I pay only for the difference between Premium and Duo until my 1 year subscription ends?

Premium Duo does not currently have an annual payment option.

Rest assure you'll be charged for the differ.

However, if you experience any issues, feel free to re post in this thread and i'll be happy to land a hand.

In addition, you can always check out your subscription status and invoices here.

Thank you so much for your answer. I just checked the link and see that my
next payment will be on Feb 2021. I've checked it after I changed my plan
to Duo but couldn't see it like that. I believe it's updated later.
