Can not update subscription details

Can not update subscription details

I have got two error messages on my account page, Your subscription payment failed, and Your card's about to expire. It looks like everything is okay with my bank account and my card is not about to expire. But when I tried to enter my  Account overview on Spotify to see if something was wrong, I could not enter the payment details (detials are disabled) . I can not click on update or change/cancel either.

 

Any suggestions what I should do?

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

You can try updating your payment details one more time using a different browser or an incognito window. It should allow you to do so.

 

If you've already contacted your bank about the card's expiration date, this error message shouldn't interfere with your Premium subscription, and it might go away soon.

 

However, if you're still getting the same message and you're unable to update your card details, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.
