I can't cancel my premium subscribtion, it shows up as "We're all mixed up". This also prevents me listening music or accessing playlist. I want to downgrade to SpotifyFree.

If it didn't work for you, you should maybe contact Spotify directly so they can downgrade your account themselves via the contact form : https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
I've tried that and both your links don't cancel my premium subscription.
