Can't Redeem Gift Cards

I have been bought some £10 gift cards for spotify, I redeemed the first one and said I have a months free spotify instead of £10, when I am only charged £5 (as I am a student). The second card, which has been un touched and has the activation receipt, was denied. What do I need to do?

Hey @Ed_Lee,

Gift Cards are not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, such as the Premium for Family, student discount, or trial offers. That's why you got 1 month of Premium for the £10 Gift Card.

What do you mean by the second one has been denied?

Oh ok thankyou, it said that the code wasnt recognised, I have checked it was definatley the correct code and it had been activated.

Thanks for letting me know.

It's worth checking that you're entering the code correctly. For example: try 0 (zero) instead of O, and I instead of l (lower case L) or vice versa.

Where did you purchase the Gift Card?
