Can't Redeem Spotify Gift Card

Hi, I purchased a $10 spotify gift card. When I tried to redeem the gift card it said the code was not valid. The gift card has been activated at the store, and I scratched the back myself. 

I have tried reloading the page, and nothing seems to work.Still says that I am on the free services one.

Could you try redeeming the code using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
