My Question or Issue

 Been trying to subscribe to a Premium account for the past few days.  Once I've filled all of my information out correctly and hit the button to activate my subscription an error message comes up on the next page saying "Payment Failed." I've already contacted my bank and they say everything should be in working order.  I've also attempted to purchase a student subscription, being a junior in college, and that hasn't worked either.  Spotify "can't verify" that I'm a student even though I use my student email for my account.  Any help or advice would be useful.

Hey @johntkoenig,

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also, you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
