My Question or Issue

2 3 months ago, I was using premium with my mobile payment, I canceled, when I want to subscribe again, it gives this error: We were unable to cancel the subscription. Please try again.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 

 

We suggest you first check the status of your subscription on your Spotify account overview. Simply head to this page and scroll to the section saying Your plan

 

If you see Premium, this means your subscription wasn't canceled. In such a case we suggest contacting your mobile service provider and asking them to cancel the subscription immediately. 

 

Once they confirm the subscription is no longer active, you can subscribe for a new Premium plan.
