My Question or Issue

 

I was invited to join a premium duo plan. We live together. But when accepting and filling in he required information I just get an error message saying there was a problem.

We checked that we used the same address so this is not the issue. Could it be because I by accident already had subscribed to a Premium Duo plan? And now it will not accept that I change to his plan? Or what other issues could there be?

Keep in mind we're currently investigating an Ongoing Issue preventing users from successfully verifying their address for Family and Duo plans. Check out this thread and add your vote by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps under Status Update as well. 


It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
