My Question or Issue

 I thought I had created a new account in Spotify using our present email address and I paid for Premium FAMILY on my old laptop. I now have a new laptop and I can't get the premium account through our present email. It turns out my husband had created an old Spotify account using his old email address which we no longer use but our family account is through his account. I can't get into Spotify through this old account as we can't remember his password and the password reset in Spotify doesn't seem to work. I want to transfer the premium FAMILY account to my present email and new spotify account. The money is being deducted from my credit card so I know it exists, but none of us can access it.

How can I close the old Spotify account that seems to have the Family premium in it and transfer the premium to our new Sptify account?
