Can't access to all premium features even though I already paid.

Can't access to all premium features even though I already paid.

So I already paid for premium since days ago, but i just realize this:

1. I can't turn off shuffle

2. My 'skip song' are limited.

3. The ad is still there telling me that i discover a premium feature.

4. I can't speed up while listening to podcast, they made me listen to the podcast since the beginning.

5. I can still download song offline

6. I can choose whatever music I want to listen to.

7. There's no audio advertisement.

 

And I've tried log out and log in back, and it's not working.

Let's try to figure this out. Can you follow these steps for us?

 

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
  • If you're on Premium, try reinstalling the app with the steps here.
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
