My Question or Issue

I am unable to start my 3 month premium holiday trial. I entered my credit card information, but I get the message “Something went wrong. Please try again or contact our support team" . I've tried waiting (tried for a couple of hours already), different browsers, incognito window.

I use this credit card regularly, so I doubt it is her fault.

I've never had a premium class before.

This topic has already been discussed on the forum, but that solution does not suit me. I only have one credit card.

Hey @Kopatich, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try following all of the steps provided in this support article, and let me know the results of each step? Can you also let me know if you have paid for someone else's Premium subscription, or used your card for any of Spotify's services?

Keep me posted.

1. My credit card has not been canceled.
2. There are funds on the credit card.
3. The registration of the card coincides with the country of registration in Spotify.
4. The card has been repeatedly used for purchases in services such as Battle.net, Epic Games Launcher and Steam.
5. The card was not used for purchases of services in Spotify.

Hey @Kopatich

Thank you for getting back to me with that info!
For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

Have a nice day!
