Hi. I am having the same problem. However, my I was already charged with P129 plus tax and was already on premium then after several days I received an email saying that may payment has failed. I tried updating my payment methods but it needs sufficient amount which means I need to pay it again. Now I am getting an error message everytime I open the app. I still have my songs and playlist saved offline tho but worried that spotify might cancel my premium.
Ganyan din problem ko kanina dati na kasi akong nagbabayad thru mobile so tas wala na din yung payment method via globe tas pag tinatry ko not eligible daw so what i did is kinancel ko yung subscription ko tas apply uli ako for premium via mobile tas yun ok na
