Can't buy Premium

I have tried over the past three days to input a credit card but it continuously says payment failed. I have tried different cards (both are absolutely fine, one is an actual credit card and the other is a prepaid credit card. Which works as I have used prepaid before) I have tried incognito mode, regular mode,  a different browser type and I am out of ideas as to what to do. I would love to have my Spotify Premium back but I can't do it. One of my students has also mentioned that he is having this problem as well. 

Any ideas?

Please help, i do have this problem as well. My debit cards work find but none of them passed the payment.
