Can't buy premium acc because VISA card.

Hello, I need help. I'm from Serbia and I live in China. So I'm running iOS on USA app store. I wat to buy premium account. When I put my visa card it says not valid (need to add 3 more card numbers but I can't). Because I have VISA card from my country.
I tried to change country and of course I can't do that.

In order to put a payment card on file, you would need to have one that's issued for the country you are currently in.  You could also look into using gift cards as a form of payment if that's a possibility.
