Can't buy premium (phone billing)

Hello, 

I'd like to purchase a spotify premium plan and pay via phone billing but it doesn't work...I put my phone number and reveive a code by text but when i validate it nothing happen, it just cancel the process and i receive a text telling me my subscribtion is cancelled and that i won't get billed. Maybe i have other spotify accounts that i don't use anymore but i don't remember the email adresses used and anyway my phone number is recent and has been only used on this account i'm using now so i don't understand 😕 

I am from France (Carrier: Bouygues Telecom) and my phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 

Can someone help me please ?

If you’re unable to sign up with mobile payments: 

  • Make sure you entered your phone number correctly.
  • Check you have enough credit on your mobile account.
  • Wait a few days and try again, or try in a private/incognito window (there might’ve been a temporary connection problem).
  • Try a different payment method.

It's also a good idea to contact the mobile service provider to check the status of the transaction you attempted.
