Can't buy premium

Can't buy premium

I can't renew or buy premium this month I keep getting the error

"

Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

 

I have tried diffrent internet connections and diffrent browers and devices yet nothing works. I have never had this issue before.
