Can't cancel premium cuz spotify.com says I havent!

Hi guys,

 

Please help me out here. I just can not figure out how to cancel my premium account. because when I log in to spotify.com it askes me to get the premium account instead of telling me that I alreaddy have the account.

 

Please let me know.... because Spotify has no customer servicecenter to call... And also doesn't respond to my facebook message (30 May 2017)... And even if I want to close my account, I need to close the premium account first. Helloohoo :S. This is making me crazy!

Mail: removed
Username: removed

Date of birth: removed

That's odd. It looks like you have a second Spotify account.

I have done it. ahum, you have made me done it !! 😄

 

First I have tried to reset my pass to make sure that I am using the right account with premium access. And again the website invites me to use a Premium account. After logged by mobile phone. I could still skip tracks and I havn't got any advertisement. That indicated that I still have de Premium access.

I believe I have never used my Facebook for anything else but Facebook. So I took your advise and tried to log in at spotify.com by my facebook account. Who is also using the exact samen emailaddress. Then I noticed that Premium is activaded on this account.

 

I findt this very confusing, but your solution helps me a lot.
