Can't cancel premium

My Question or Issue

 I want to cancel my premium subscription, but whenever I try it just says "oops! Something went wrong." I've tried clearing browser history, using different browsers and devices, signing out of all devices, and updating payment info. None of it works. Can someone please tell me how to cancel premium or cancel it for me?

Have you tried going into incognito mode? If not give this a try and let me know how it goes!
