Can't change card for payment

Can't change card for payment

Hi,

Trying to change my card for payment. Following the instructions saying "log on and click update, the page showed doesn't allow me to proceed...

It just say "remember that changing your payment methot does not activate, upgrade or extend your account", but all I can do on thos page is change country...

HELP!

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here! 
 

If you experience difficulties updating your preferred payment method for Spotify it's worth trying to make the changes in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.  

 

In case you still experience the same after trying a private browser session, would you mind sending us a screenshot showing the error message you get? Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue. Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.
