Can't change my country nor payment method

Can't change my country nor payment method

I moved permanently to Belgium and my account is UK. Following the help instructions, I tried to update payment method but it refuses and tells me it doesn't match my region (obviously). Then, over to the account detail page, I can't change my country either. So I'm in a loop and can't change country nor payment method.

Please help.

Hey @LeonTermote,

 

I'd recommend that you cancel your subscription, wait until your account has reverted to the Free plan, then change your country setting via the drop-down menu and then re-subscribe here using your new payment details.
