My Question or Issue

Hi,

I am trying to do this switch but Spotify just wont give me a credit card option. 

I've also tried opening this link in incognito mode to try to change it but it doesnt work http://%20https//www.spotify.com/my/purchase/offer/premium-family/?country=MY&carrier=0

 

Anyone have advise?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community! 

 

If your current plan is with a partner company - you'll need to cancel your subscription first, wait until your account reverts back to free and then you can pay us directly with the payment method that you'd like to use.

Here you can also check the eligible payment methods that you can use in the future. Note that they vary per country or region.
