Can’t change my plan - oops error

Can’t change my plan - oops error

I’m on the premium duo plan and I’m trying to switch to premium individual. When I select the individual plan, I get the following error:  Oops! Something went wrong, please try again.

My credit card is up to date, so it’s not a payment issue. 

i tried on Safari and Chrome browsers, from both my MacBook and my iPhone. I deleted my cache and cookies and tried incognito mode - nothing works. 

Help please!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Such errors can appear temporarily and I recommend trying it again after some time. You can also check your receipts here to find out if a payment was successful.
