Can't close account

I was having horrible problems with my account, so I closed it and opened a new one using a different email address. Now I am getting email notices for the old account like "Welcome to Spotify for Family." What can I do to make sure the old account is completely and permently closed.

In that case, please contact Spotify Support with this contact form so we can help you with removing your account. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
