Can't extend premium using cellular data currency anymore? Please help..

Yesterday, an email came to me saying they are not able to charge me because I had insufficient amount of currency (XL AXIATA PULSA), but then I top-up my currency, enough to get premium for another month. However the purchase with cellular data currency is gone now.. can someone help? Thanks.

You can see all of the payment methods available to you following the steps listed here. If payment through a mobile operator is available to you, follow these steps to sign up.
