Can’t find account/new phone

Hello—I’m still being charged but when I login it opens an old account also associated with my email. I got a new phone and CANNOT get access to my active Spotify account. It only logs into an old one. How do I find or cancel these accounts?  Why isn’t there someone to talk with about this?

If the free account in question is empty, does not contain any playlists or any other useful info, then consider closing it and then logging into the other one. If you have difficulties telling the two accounts apart or finding out how to log into the correct one, try these steps. If afterwards you continue to face any difficulties, you can reach out to our support team and they will gladly assist you further. When doing so, make sure to have all your payment info on hand, as those will be necessary for search and verification.

I lost my iPhone and when I tried log in on another new phone with my email and username it said my account didn't exist

It does as I still have access on my playstation and TV

I was suddenly kicked out of my account with all of my saved assets. The account is tied to my son in a duo I believe and he can only see that I had a username with my phone number but no email. I have three other accounts for other kids which I run using my other emails. I have tried them all and I cannot find the account that is tied to my number. Any suggestions? It just sudeenly disappeared after years of usage
