Can't get £0.99 offer although have never accepted any promotional offer.

I have never used a promotional offer and I have just made the account for the offer.I did ot sign up to any free trial or half price discount but cannot get the offer. I emailed a ticket but just got an automated response. Anyone got any suggestions or had the same issue?

Hey @PeteSidey,

If you're payment info has been used in Spotify, even if it was for a different account, the system will not offer you the promo.

Since you've got the automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
