Can't get STUDENT premium discount

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to get the student subscription.
The problem is that i'm still paying 10€ per Month despite i've compiled and followed all instruction on Student Premium form page.
What i can do? 
If i try to get again in the student premium section and follow the instruction it says me that i've already taken the offer... but i still pay 10€.

Well since you're getting this message, but you're still paying 10€, it's possible that  you have more than one Spotify account.

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.

You can also check your receipts to see if you make it clear.
