Can't get a Premium trial because I supposedly had had one already

Can't get a Premium trial because I supposedly had had one already

So I wanted to get a Premium trial and was informed that 'it looks like' I had had one already. However, I know that with this account I had never taken any trials. I checked the receipts page and there too were no such records. I tried to get a trial of the Premium family plan but got the same message.

Let's see what's going on.

Could you try subscribing to Premium here using a different browser or private window? Also, can you let me know if you have used your payment method on any of Spotify's services (for your account or someone else's account)?
