Can't get access to Premium for Family

Can't get access to Premium for Family

My mum got Premium for Family and sent me an invitation. When I tried to accept it, it said I had already joined in, which isn't true. What do I do?

Hey @juliakallen2! Welcome to the Spotify Community!

That's not cool! Could you try in a different browser or with incognito mode? Also, make sure you're logged in to your own account when you accept the invitation. Let me know how it goes! 🙂

It's still not working. So, at the page where I can add or replace family members it says that an invitation to my e-mail adress has been sent but it's waiting for me to accept. But when I try to accept it on the e-mail it just says I'm already connected. Seems a bit paradoxal.
