Can't get free trial with my never-used-before mastercard

My Question or Issue

When i use my card to get 3 months free trial it says i already used the trial b4,no way i did,i created this mastercard just 2 weeks ago,it never had money on it ( it needs to have money for spotify to verify right? ) untill today.

About my spotify account,it never had premium on it either,maybe just a few days at first because spotify give a few days of free trial for new member right?

And idk if this information help but i did try to sign up for premium with my empty-mastercard 3 days ago,ofc it failed.

Same issue here. Never had any membership but it says I already used a free trial in the past

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Writing to confirm any trial-period you had with Premium will automatically make you ineligible for Premium in the future. If you had Premium for a few days when activating your Spotify account, you won't be able to activate a new trial period since every user can only have one such period.
